- The passenger is allowed to cancel the reservation up to 24 hours from the scheduled date of departure with no charge if you are holding a basic fare.
- If you are a passenger who has an extra fare or Flexi ticket, then, you will be allowed to cancel the ticket up to 4 hours for the flights from/to the U.A.E and Jordan and 8 hours for the flights from/to Morocco and Egypt before the scheduled departure time without any cancellation charge.
- The cancellation of the ticket is not applicable if the passenger is traveling from/to Morocco.
- Some reservations are not entitled to the cancellation such as free tickets, promotional tickets.
- The passenger can retain the remaining credit that can be used for travel within a year from the date of payment.
